1-2 business day processing time. Orders are not dispatched on public holidays. 

Delivery Times

All orders received via our website are dispatched and sent from Geelong, Victoria, Australia. 

Any Custom orders for Wedding or Party favours requiring customisation please allow approximately 4 weeks for sticker design, printing and shipping

*Once your order is in the hands of our courier partners, we have no control over the delivery process, however, we will always do everything possible to help our customers if issues arise. On rare occasions, shipping may take longer due to external factors or events such as weather or traffic incidents, or due to public holidays. Additionally, if your order is being shipped to a remote or regional suburb, it may take slightly longer than usual to arrive. If you do urgently require your candy to arrive before a certain day/date, we recommend you order at least a couple of days earlier to avoid disappointment. 

There are currently shipping delays due to flooding. Please order ahead of time to avoid disappointment.

Summer Shipping

As you know, summertime in Australia is HOT! So during summer months (December to January), we will not despatch orders on Fridays. This is to ensure that your candy does not get stuck in a hot courier van or depot over the weekend, and that it arrives in the best possible condition.

We'll process and despatch orders from Monday to Thursday only during summer months. 

Do you take breaks?

Yes we do. We are a Family business and we do take time to make sure we rest and recharge so we can bring our best to our customers. We do not dispatch orders on public holidays and there are times of the year when we shut down, including Easter and Christmas. We will always let our customers know if their order will fall into these dates. Our candy cubes are food grade and air tight with 6 months plus best before so you can plan ahead.
